Just remove the old aerator, connect the DentalJet as shown, the tip holder can be tied to the end of the faucet in most cases  or use a tooth brush holder for it.
Set up the right temperature at low volume, than pull the diverter into action. Needs no electricity, hardly any space, no cups to fill, it is more powerful than the Waterpick(tm) and it is assembled in the USA in Santa Cruz.
